Conditions for a refund:
– The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
– You must provide clear photo or video evidence of the damage or defect.
– Refund requests submitted after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.
Once your request is reviewed and approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Non-refundable items:
– Items damaged due to improper use
– Items returned without prior approval
– Orders with incorrect address information provided by the customer
